Job summary

SRL Total Source LLC is seeking a part-time Janitorial Cleaner for a VA Clinic in Tilton, NH. The role runs from 9 am to 11 am, Monday through Friday, with no weekends and paid holidays.

Duties include cleaning entrances, lobbies, restrooms, offices, and common areas, refilling supplies, and maintaining a tidy facility. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 1 year of janitorial experience, familiarity with MSDS, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to pass a background check,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of janitorial experience.
• Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• OSHA knowledge or training.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, reaching, lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean entrance doors, lobbies, reception areas, hallways, offices, group rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Refill toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other clinic-provided supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and take cardboard to the dumpster.
• Sweep and mop hard floors with hospital-approved disinfectant; wax and buff floors as needed.
• Vacuum carpets and floor mats; steam clean or shampoo carpets as scheduled.
• Disinfect restroom sinks, counters, toilets, and floors; clean kitchen counters and sinks.
• Dust and clean desks, tables, cabinets, phones, shelves, and light fixtures.
• Clean windows inside and outside, blinds, and window coverings.
• Remove wall marks and cobwebs; dust and vacuum vents.
• Vacuum fabric furniture and wipe down furniture surfaces.
• Maintain neat storage areas; alert supervisor when supplies are low or repairs needed.

Job Duties:

• Clean entrance doors, lobbies, reception areas, hallways, offices, group rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.

• Able to perform physical duties including standing, reaching, lifting, and moving objects up to 20 pounds
• OSHA Knowledge
• Must have one year of experience
• The ability to pass a background check.
