Superclean Service Company, Inc. seeks an Area Field Manager to represent us to the public, clients, and vendors.

The role covers field management of janitorial sites and personnel across Texas and the San Antonio area, ensuring SLAs are met and coordinating with clients on special requests. The ideal candidate has strong janitorial experience and can supervise staff, estimate labor, and prepare progress reports for executive management.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical, retail and restaurant janitorial maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Experience developing and managing janitorial staff.
• Background in labor estimating, scheduling, and work scope development.
• Capable of producing progress and inspection reports for exec. management.
• Knowledge of janitorial chemicals, equipment and consumables.
• Ability to study job specs to determine methods.
• Travel is required to meet clients and visit the office.
• Interviewing and hiring janitorial staff.

Job description

Our Janitorial Services Area Field Manager will represent our company to the public, clients, and vendors. Our clients judge us based upon appearance, presence, knowledge, professionalism, and ultimately - performance. The position will be responsible for Field management of Janitorial Sites and Personnel in the state of Texasand San Antonioarea. The position will ensure that Service Level Agreements are met; communicate as necessary with the client and manage special requests to a successful conclusion.

With a strong background and thorough understanding of janitorial techniques and processes, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

Basic Requirements and Duties:

• Experience with medical, retail and restaurant janitorial maintenance.
• Individual must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously pending project size. This requires good organizational skills.
• Must have experience with developing and managing janitorial staff.
• Must have a successful background in Janitorial labor estimating, scheduling, and work scope development.
• Must be capable of producing progress and inspection reports. Reports progress and trends to Executive Management on a regular basis and/or as negative trends are discovered.
• Excellent knowledge of Janitorial chemicals, equipment, and consumable goods.
• Must be able to study job specifications to determine appropriate methods.
• Travel will be required to perform jobs, meet with clients, and review field personnel, and to visit the corporate office.
• Interviewing and hiring Janitorial staff.
