This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and enjoys staying active throughout the workday.No two days have to look exactly the same—you'll work throughout your assigned areas while helping maintain a professional environment.What You'll DoClean and maintain assigned areas according to established procedures and quality standards.Sweep, dust, dust mop, wet mop, vacuum, and clean floors and carpeted areas.Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and other surfaces.Restock restroom and janitorial supplies.Empty trash and replace trash liners.Dust and clean furniture, walls, windows, glass surfaces, stairwells, elevators, and other areas as assigned.Operate custodial equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and auto-scrubbers.Clean and maintain custodial equipment, including laundering mop heads, dust mop heads, and cleaning cloths.Apply salt to sidewalks and perform other winter weather duties as needed.Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, supply needs, or other issues to the Supervisor.Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and site-specific requirements.Perform other duties within the scope of the position as assigned.Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position.
