Pritchard Industries is seeking a Project Manager in McKinney, TX to oversee a janitorial service contract, manage cost, scheduling, performance and compliance, and coordinate with Property Management. Responsibilities include daily liaison with the Property Manager, meetings, planning tasks, and quality control to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of janitorial experience
• Salary: $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Key interface with the Property Manager.
• Communicates daily with the Property Manager to address any problems or special requests.
• Sets up regularly scheduled meetings with the Property Manager to review performance and compliance.
• Develops plans for daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodic tasks.
• Monitors work performance of crews and ensures schedules meet specifications.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations (OSHA, EEOC, etc.).
• Conducts daily meetings with Building Supervisors and lead personnel regarding performance and compliance.
• Performs Quality Control Inspections and takes corrective actions.
• Daily tenant visits to ensure client satisfaction.
• Be able to work on varied schedule to meet client needs.
