Job summary

Pritchard Industries in Houston is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the janitorial service contract with Property Management. You will manage cost analysis, scheduling, performance, and compliance, and have input into staffing decisions. The Project Manager reports to the VP/GM or designee.

The role requires at least 3 years of janitorial experience and a high school diploma. Daily coordination with the Property Manager and regular reviews are part of the job, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 3 years relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Key interface with the Property Manager.
• Monitors work performance of crews and ensures compliance with specifications.
• Conducts daily safety and quality meetings with Building Supervisors and lead personnel.
• Performs quality control inspections and addresses deficiencies with Property Management.
• Daily tenant visits to ensure client satisfaction.
• Be able to work on varied schedules to meet client needs.
