ABM is seeking an Onsite Janitorial Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead our sports & entertainment janitorial operations. This hands-on leadership role combines client relationship management with operational excellence to ensure premier facility cleanliness and safety.

You will supervise a diverse staff, coordinate with vendors, manage work orders in Corrigo, and support payroll and budgeting activities while maintaining high service standards.

Join ABM as an Onsite Janitorial Supervisor assisting with janitorial operations within our dynamic Sports & Entertainment vertical. This leadership position combines operational excellence with strategic client relationship management, assisting with overseeing facility operations for premier venues.

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Day time, including weekends

Compensation: $ 29.00per hour

Client Relations & Business Development

• Serve as liaison ensuring client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
• Assist the leadership with identifying opportunities for service expansion and operational improvements
• Support new business development initiatives

Operations Management

• Assist with leading and managing diverse operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Conduct regular building inspections to assess cleanliness, equipment condition, and safety compliance
• Assist with the overseeing of facility operations aligned with contractual and financial objectives
• Manage work order tracking and ensure timely completion of client requests
• Coordinate outsourced services and manage vendor relationships

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Support budget preparation and manage cost-saving projects
• Assist with payroll processes, inventory management, and procurement
• Provide ongoing support for ABM's administrative, budgetary, and financial procedures
• Prepare and submit professional reports, surveys, and incident documentation

Team Leadership

• Ensure proper onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
• Conduct safety and compliance training programs
• Manage employee uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Supervise staff development and maintain high performance standards

Reporting & Communication

• Collaborate with administrative, HR, financial, quality control, and safety departments
• Prepare incident/injury reports as required
• Process work orders for additional services through Corrigo system

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of facility or janitorial supervisory experience
• Proven leadership capabilities in project management capacity
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
