ABM is seeking a Janitorial Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative activities, ensuring adherence to contract requirements for assigned buildings. The role includes developing cost control measures and service standards to meet customer specifications and managing inspections and inventory control.

Job description

The Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings.

Pay:$65,000 – $75,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
