Pay: $18.00 per HR

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday

Off on Saturday

Hours: 9:30pm-6:00am

Position Summary:

Provides direction to crew in a fast-paced environment, managing sites that range from small, unique locations to large sites over a million square feet. Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations during the shift. Guides and instructs the crew, collaborates with management on staffing issues, ensures services meet company standards, and maintains safety and quality. Completes daily inspections and acts as the primary contact for customer questions, concerns, and requests.

Responsibilities:

1. The Crew Lead performs site tasks and ensures their completion.
2. Interact with clients to provide professional customer service.
3. Coordinate tasks and provide direction to the crew.
4. Ensure crew members understand their responsibilities and policies.
5. Collaborate with the crew to execute daily operations and resolve issues promptly.
6. Assist with hiring and training new staff.
7. Equip team members with necessary information and tools for success.
8. Motivate and support the crew, leading by example.
