Job summary

Woodley Building Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Cleaner to maintain hygiene and cleanliness at our clients’ commercial spaces in Excelsior Springs, MO. You’ll mop, sweep, dust, vacuum, and perform custodial tasks with attention to detail.

You will work both with a team and independently, following instructions to uphold the high standards our clients expect and deserve.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant professional cleaning experience.
• Efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and other custodial duties.
• Able to work on a team and alone, follow instructions, and stay on task.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for offices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize clients' commercial buildings.
• Work with a team of office cleaners and also independently.
