Job Description

• Part Time Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (8am-1pm)
• Hourly Pay: $16.50
• Location: Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844

Summary

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to maintain cleanliness in residential and commercial properties. Your role will help ensure a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for tenants, guests, and vendors. Politeness, respect, thoroughness, and observance are essential qualities.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing, and waxing floors.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans, washing, and drying windows.
• Requesting supply orders, reporting breakages and repairs.
• Assisting with building management projects and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
