Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Porter to join our janitorial team in Belton, Missouri. This on-site role involves providing high-volume cleaning services, interacting with customers daily, and maintaining strong service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with shifts from 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6:30am. This is an hourly, non-exempt position offering opportunities for growth and working within a diverse, safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures in English.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent cleaning services at high-traffic sites.
• Interact daily with customers to understand needs and fulfill requests.
• Maintain knowledge of cleaning processes.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Follow manager directions and perform other duties as needed.
