Lincoln Property Company, Weatherford, TX, seeks a Lincoln Janitorial Supervisor to lead day-to-day janitorial operations across assigned campuses. You will direct a team, manage staffing, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting evaluations, coordinating with facilities teams, and driving safety and performance through coaching and accountability. Local compliance and training are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or related experience.
• Supervisory or workforce management experience preferred.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily janitorial operations across assigned buildings and facility areas.
• Direct the work of assigned janitorial employees and establish priorities to meet contractual requirements.
• Plan staffing levels, develop work schedules, allocate labor resources, and adjust staffing assignments based on business needs.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate employee performance to drive operational effectiveness and service excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action per company policies.
• Participate in employee selection decisions and advise on hiring, promotion, discipline, transfer, and termination decisions.
• Ensure employees are trained and equipped to perform responsibilities safely and effectively.
