Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years related experience and/or training with high school diploma/GED.
• Experience in janitorial work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations: scheduling, attendance and payroll records, and ensuring quality standards at sites.
• Manage supply/equipment inventory, ordering, purchasing and maintenance.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA storage requirements are followed.
• Recruitment, interviewing and recommendations for hire; evaluate and problem-solve staffing needs.
