Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Janitorial Project Manager to lead operations at designated client fulfillment centers. You will drive operational excellence, manage day-to-day activities, and maintain high customer satisfaction while aligning programs with standards.

The role is client-focused, requiring a proactive leader who can recruit and mentor shift leads, analyze data, and implement improvements to services and safety culture across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of distribution/fulfillment center operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain operational standards, performance metrics, and program execution across all assigned client fulfillment centers.
• Foster a customer-centric culture by improving communication, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, and leadership.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to clients, employees, and leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
• Utilize analytics and sound judgment to guide decision-making.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor shift leads and management personnel.
• Promote a positive work environment and strong safety culture.
• Set clear expectations, ensure accountability, and coach employees.
• Own operational programs and pursue opportunities for improvement.
• Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
