Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations in the Orange County/Inland Empire area. This salaried role requires coordinating cleaning crews and ensuring service excellence.

You will train staff, manage inventory, track hours, and maintain client relations while following safety protocols. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; a valid driver's license and company car are provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and accounts in the Orange County/Inland Empire region
• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews, optimizing efficiency and productivity
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for staff development
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Track employee hours and pay using company software
• Collaborate with the customer to ensure timely completion of tasks and safety protocols
