Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Janitorial Night Manager to oversee quality control after dark. You will visit 3–4 client buildings each night, audit the crew’s work, and ensure every area meets standards before departure.

You lead through coaching and relationships, not pressure, ensuring each site delivers a perfect result. Responsibilities include final walkthroughs, scope verification, coaching crews, documenting hard-to-reach areas, and submitting photo recaps for daytime

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience; janitorial strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations.
• Ability to lead and influence crews through relationships, not force.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit 3–4 buildings each night for final walkthroughs.
• Audit each scope of work and verify hotspots are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on the City Wide cleaning process.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas so every site shines.
• Submit photo recaps for day managers to brief clients.

As a Janitorial Operations Manager with City Wide Facility Solutions, you own service quality after dark. You visit 3 to 4 client buildings each night, audit the crew's work against the scope, and make sure every area meets the standard before you leave. The crews are independent contractors, so you lead through coaching and relationships, not pressure. When you've worked a site, it gets a perfect result.

What your night looks like:

• Visit 3 to 4 buildings mid or end of clean for final walkthroughs.
• Audit each scope of work and verify hot spots are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on the City Wide team cleaning process.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas yourself so every site shines.
• Submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients.

What You Need:

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience, janitorial strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations.
• Skill leading and influencing crews through relationships, not force.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.
