Job Summary

Supervise, coordinate, and oversee employees, supplies, and equipment to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of assigned properties according to contractual standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee porters and matrons
• Assign tasks based on job requirements
• Conduct quality control checks
• Train staff on cleaning techniques

• Review work tickets and perform equipment maintenance

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 3 years of experience in cleaning/janitorial services

Compensation & Benefits
