Description

We are seeking a Janitorial Compliance Night Manager to join our team! The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, maintaining relationships between City Wide and Independent Contractors, and ensuring work expectations are met by reviewing client contracts.

Service Areas

• Philadelphia
• Main Line
• Delaware County
• Chester County

Pay Rate: Depends on Experience and Capabilities ($20/hr - $25/hr)

Hours: Typically from 3pm to 11pm, primarily 2nd shift, but vary throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on problem-solving.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance to retain and grow business.
• Communicate daily with Facility Services Manager regarding issues, including nightly updates.
• Make work assignment recommendations, manage to standards, and discharge contractors if standards are not met.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, and VIP services.
• Implement operational policies and procedures such as the New-Start Policy and Customer Complaint Policy.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, proper use of tools and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in the commercial janitorial services industry.
• 3 years of management experience, including coaching and leading teams across multiple locations.
• 3-5 years of janitorial/building maintenance experience.
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning when needed.
• CRM experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and walk constantly, and lift up to 75 pounds.
