Job summary

ServiceMax Corporation in Memphis, TN is seeking a Manager, full time on call to oversee cleaning crews and ensure high standards of service. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating labor, and managing supplies while communicating effectively with clients and management.

The position offers an on-site evening shift from Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of $20.00 and weekly pay, plus access to benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Candidate MUST be able to work well with cleaning crew/team.
• Candidate MUST be physically capable of completing the job. On feet for entire shift.
• Previous supervisor experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor needs and cleaning crew.
• Work alongside team to ensure services meet standards.
• Perform quality control using customized scorecards.
• Track and order client consumables inventory accurately.
• Communicate professionally with team, management and customers.
• Resolve conflicts effectively.
• Prepare and review weekly progress reports for sites.
• Assist with recruiting/onboarding of employees.
• Handle additional duties to complete tasks on time.
• Demonstrate passion for a job well done.

• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
• Tracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sites
• Assist with employee recruiting/onboarding
• Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on time.
