Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Janitorial Service Technician in Mason, OH to perform cleaning operations inside and outside the facility, stocking restrooms, disposing waste, and maintaining flooring. Under general supervision, you will sweep, mop, disinfect restrooms, and follow work orders to ensure the highest cleanliness and safety standards.

A high school diploma and 0–3 years of related experience are required.

Job Description:

The Janitorial Service Technician, under general supervision, performs a variety of cleaning operations both inside and outside the facility. Responsibilities include stocking restrooms, disposing of waste, and maintaining flooring.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the quality of own work

• Proper care and use of tools

• Sweep and mop office and production area floors

• Clean, disinfect, and stock restrooms

• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance

  Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

  Preferred Additional Skills:

• Ability to inventory janitorial supplies

• Ability to order supplies and maintain inventory

• Able to perform tasks from work orders and verbal instructions

• Proficient with floorcare machines, including manual and walk‑behind equipment

• Familiar with various cleaning and polishing chemicals

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulation
