Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role in Waco, TX. The position offers hourly pay between $11.90 and $16.30 with options to work across travel centers and restaurants, emphasizing cleanliness, guest experience, and reliable facility maintenance.

Key duties include keeping the store clean, maintaining showers and restrooms, handling towels, general repairs, trash removal, and delivering quality guest service. Prioritize flexibility to cover nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
