Job summary

Pilot Company in Union Township, OH is hiring for a Facility Services position focused on maintaining a clean store, cleaning showers and restrooms, and basic maintenance tasks.

The role supports guests across our travel center, offers weekly pay, health plan options, PTO, and opportunities to train in other roles within the center.

A flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in facilities or retail upkeep is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities; wash and load towels as needed.
• Perform general repair/maintenance tasks around the travel center.
• Ensure guest areas are well-maintained and provide excellent service.
• Support other roles within the travel center as needed.
