Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a store/maintenance associate at our travel centers. You’ll help maintain clean, welcoming facilities, including showers and restrooms, wash and handle towels, and perform general repairs to keep the guest experience smooth.

The role requires teamwork, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Weekly pay and valuable benefits support your career journey.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the travel center.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

Pay Rates Starting between: $11.85 - $17.25 / hour
