Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a store maintenance role at our Knoxville travel center. Maintain overall cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, wash and unload towels, perform general repair, pick up trash, and provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

We offer weekly pay, a 15-cent fuel discount, free daily meals, affordable health plans, PTO, and family leave. Flexible shifts and opportunities to grow into other roles are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Availability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Motivated self-starter and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.50 - $18.23 / hour
