Pilot Company is hiring at our travel centers to keep facilities clean and welcoming for every guest, from professional drivers to travelers stopping for coffee and snacks.

The role focuses on cleaning and basic maintenance, supporting a safe, friendly environment, and delivering consistent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Motivated self-starters who work well in a team environment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

Pay Rates Starting between: $11.85 - $17.25 / hour
