Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a team-oriented employee to maintain the store, clean showers and restrooms, wash towels, and perform general repairs to keep facilities guest-ready.

You will provide excellent guest service through well‑maintained facilities and a welcoming environment, with weekly pay and a range of benefits for eligible teammates.

Flexible schedules including nights and weekends are required; training and career growth opportunities exist within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.50 - $18.23 / hour
