Responsibilities include cleaning floors and surfaces, disinfecting high-touch items, managing cleaning supplies, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff. Weekend and varying shifts may be required.

A Janitor, or Maintenance Associate, is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Their duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant and emptying trash cans or recycling bins.

A Janitor is in charge of keeping the workplace clean, organized and disinfected.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items such as door handles, carts, and restrooms
• Maintain cleaning inventory and place orders for new products when needed
• Maintain outdoor grounds
• Remove debris from sidewalks and interior
• Empty trash and recycling bins
