Job summary

Pilot Company in Minnesota is seeking a Facility Services teammate to keep our travel center clean and welcoming. You will maintain showers and restrooms, wash towels, and perform general upkeep to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience across our locations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail, with opportunities to learn multiple roles within our travel centers and restaurants. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, and benefits to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and dispose of trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
