Job summary

Pilot Company in Melrose, VA is seeking a Facility Services team member responsible for the cleanliness of the store, showers and restrooms, and guest-focused upkeep in a busy travel center.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Teamwork and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
