Job summary

Pilot Flying J in Virginia is seeking a team-oriented associate to maintain a clean, inviting travel center environment. You will ensure restrooms and showers are spotless, stock towels, and perform basic maintenance while delivering friendly guest service.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Motivated self-starter and able to work in a team.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service with well-maintained facilities.
• Support daily operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
