Job summary

Pilot Company in Wayland, Missouri is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain the store and guest facilities. You will help keep showers, restrooms, and common areas clean while supporting excellent guest service throughout shifts. This role requires physical stamina and adaptability to a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pickup and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

Pay Rates Starting between: $15.00 - $20.13 / hour

Job Description

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store

• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities

Required Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems
