POSITION SNAPSHOT : The maintenance position is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and first impression of our venue. Responsibilities include cleaning, repairing, and maintaining the interior and exterior of the building.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS :

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
• Keep your supervisor informed of issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Use chemicals properly, adhering to safety and cost guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Manage materials efficiently, avoiding overstocking or waste.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains.
• Maintain storage areas, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Clean windows, lamps, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Care for wood floors, walls, tiles, and carpets.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Dust wood and fixtures; polish brass hardware.
• Clean ceiling fans, air vents, and HVAC filters.
• Maintain mats, trash cans, and back dock area.
• Assist team members as needed to support business operations.
• Foster positive working relationships to promote a harmonious environment.
• Be friendly, approachable, and able to smile often, working days, nights, and weekends as required.

Requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Move around the facility and stand for extended periods.
• Reach, bend, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
