Job summary

Pilot Flying J in Minot, North Dakota is seeking a store associate to maintain the cleanliness of the travel center, clean showers and restrooms, and ensure a welcoming guest experience for drivers, commuters, and travelers.

The role includes a flexible schedule with nights, days, weekends, and holidays; opportunities to train for other roles; and benefits such as weekly pay, meal discounts, and health plans designed for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.

• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.

• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well‑maintained facilities
