Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking team members to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our travel centers. You will clean showers, restrooms, handle towels, and assist with general store maintenance while delivering friendly guest service.

The role supports a dynamic environment with opportunities across travel centers and restaurants. Training is available; benefits and weekly pay are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and reliability in previous roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Collect trash around the travel center and provide guest service through well-maintained facilities.
