Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role in South Beloit, IL. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour and goes up to $21.10 per hour, with weekly pay and a range of benefits.

The role focuses on maintaining clean facilities, including showers and restrooms, and supporting guests with exceptional service. You're expected to lift up to 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and participate in general maintenance tasks to keep the travel center in top condition.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications include being highly motivated, able to work as part of a team, able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred Qualifications include experience in a similar position and knowledge of basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
