Pilot Company is hiring at our travel centers in Alabama for a role focused on keeping facilities clean and guest-ready. You will clean showers and restrooms, manage towels, and support general maintenance while delivering friendly, attentive customer service to travelers and locals alike.

The position requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Training and opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.

• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
