Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Store Custodian in Decatur, AL. Pay rates starting between $11.85 - $17.25 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

You will maintain store cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, handle towels for showers, perform basic repairs, and provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

This role requires teamwork, physical work including lifting, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
