Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking an on-site Facilities Associate at our travel center in Colorado to keep the store clean, restrooms pristine, and facilities well maintained for every guest. You will support the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a hygienic, efficient travel center environment.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift 50 lbs, flexible scheduling, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
