Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a store maintenance and guest service associate at our travel center in Arizona. You will help keep the facility clean, clean showers and restrooms, handle towels, perform minor repairs, pick up trash, and ensure guests experience excellent service through clean, well-maintained facilities.

There are opportunities to train and work in other roles within our travel centers and restaurants, so career growth and diverse experience are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
