Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at our Charlotte travel center for team‑oriented individuals to maintain clean facilities and deliver friendly guest service. Starting pay ranges from $12.50 to $18.23 per hour, with weekly pay, 15 cent fuel discounts, free daily meals, low‑cost health plans for full‑time teammates, paid time off, and family leave.

The role involves cleaning showers and restrooms, keeping the store tidy, handling towels, and performing basic repairs while providing excellent guest

• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
