Pilot Company is hiring at our travel center location in Texas. The role focuses on maintaining clean facilities, including showers and restrooms, while delivering friendly guest service to drivers, commuters, and travelers.

The position offers team-based work, steady shifts, and opportunities across related roles within the travel centers. Starting pay ranges from $13.15 to $19.18 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits like meals, health plans, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
