Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Facility Services team member at our travel center in Alabama. You will maintain overall cleanliness of the store, clean showers and restrooms, handle towels, and perform general repair/maintenance while delivering excellent guest service.

We offer weekly pay, fuel discounts, free daily meals, health plans for full-time staff, PTO, and adoption assistance. Flexibility to cover nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
