Job summary

Coastal Building Maintenance in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a reliable janitor to join our cleaning team. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and help maintain a safe, healthy workplace for clients and staff.

The ideal candidate is bilingual English/Spanish (preferred), with the ability to work independently, follow directions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Paid training and health insurance are offered.

• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

We are looking for a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team.

Tareas:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
