Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services in Minnesota seeks a on-site supervisor to lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff. You will ensure safety and meet the customer’s quality expectations while participating in daily cleaning tasks.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. Candidates should be able to work with the team, follow client requests, and adapt to a cleanroom and chemical handling environment as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Ability to listen to customer requests.
• Willing to work in an electronic manufacturing facility.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Willing to work in a Cleanroom environment when needed.
• Willing to work around dangerous chemicals with training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the janitorial staff in the building.
• Carry out regular tasks and client-requested tasks.
• Inspect cleaned areas and generate reports using phone and iPad.
• Maintain inventory and reporting as required.

Summary

Lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe, and the customer’s quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for participating in daily cleaning tasks.

Working Schedule

Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Lead and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
• Will have list of regular tasks but will also need to take care of
• immediate tasks requested by the client
• Utilize a company phone and iPad to inspect cleaned areas, create reports, inventory, etc..

Requirements
