Job summary

Vonachen Group in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, is seeking a Lead to manage a cleaning team on the 2nd shift (4pm–12am). You will monitor, mentor, and ensure quality while following facility policies and infection control guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliability, and strong communication. It includes full benefits, daily pay option, and growth through internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning (dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping).
• Detail cleaning of corners and edges, door jambs and hard-to-reach surfaces.
• Interact with employees in the assigned area on a regular basis.
• Encourages, redirects, corrects, and documents employee performance as appropriate.
• Aids coworkers to meet customer demands and coordinates cleaning of restricted areas.
• Trains employees into specialized areas and documents training.

Job Details

The Lead is responsible for assuring assigned area is maintained and daily workload is completed by coordinating, assisting with, and monitoring the work of assigned staff, mentoring employees, and overseeing quality assurance activities. This person ensures work is completed in accordance with department and facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.

Job Responsibilities
