Job summary

TC Services LLC is seeking an Evening Floating Lead for Ladson and Charleston, SC. This role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–11:00 PM (25–35 hours weekly) with rotating weekends, at a pay rate of $16–$18 per hour, paid weekly.

Location includes Ladson and Charleston facilities, with mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO as benefits. The Evening Lead will train and support new staff, monitor work quality, submit incident reports, and coordinate with the lead supervisor and operations manager using

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Willing to travel to Ladson and Charleston areas.
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Train and support new employees during onboarding.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure quality.
• Submit incident reports when needed.
• Coordinate with lead supervisor on daily operations.
• Address inspections or work orders from customers via email.
• Perform dusting and other janitorial tasks; if not completed, address on weekends.
• Cover shifts for absent employees while supervising.
• Confirm task completion with lead supervisor for updates by operations manager.
• Log supplies and inventory in the tracking system.

TC Services , a national leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a dedicated Evening Lead to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Position Details:
