Responsibilities

• Perform dusting and other janitorial tasks within assigned facilities.

Evening Floating Lead – Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and Piedmont

TC Services , a national leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a dedicated Evening Lead to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (25-35 hours per week) with Rotating weekends as needed
• Pay Rate: $14 - $16 per hour (paid weekly)
• Location: Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and Piedmont, SC
• Benefits: Mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and support new employees during onboarding.

• Log all supplies and inventory using the designated tracking system.

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Be able to travel to Greenville, Simpsonville , Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and Piedmontareas
• Must complete the E-Verify process
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs and perform repetitive push pull motions for cleaning with out assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years old
