4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring part-time janitorial cleaners in San Antonio, TX. Shifts run nights/evenings from Monday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., with hourly pay between $13.50 and $15.00 depending on location and position.

You will learn our green-cleaning practices, help maintain facilities, and support a clean, safe environment. Prior janitorial experience is helpful but training is provided, along with safety guidelines and a drug screen/background check.

Janitorial-General Cleaners

Shifts Available: Part-Time Nights/ Evenings MONDAY- FRIDAY 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

Positions Available: General Cleaners/ Janitorial Service

Hourly Pay Rate: $13.50-$15.00 (varies per location/position)

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.


• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.


• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
