Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Faribault, MN is seeking a full-time Janitorial-General Cleaner for the evening shift. You will be trained in green-sealed cleaning practices and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

Responsibilities include wiping surfaces, emptying trash, restocking supplies, sweeping, mopping and reporting repairs. Applicants must be 18+, pass drug screening, and comply with safety guidelines. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check; follow safety guidelines.

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies.
• Be the friendly face of 4M: reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, windows and furniture.
• Remove trash from facilities.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks or drips you notice.

Janitorial-General Cleaner - Full Time

• Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

SIGN-ON BONUS/REFERRAL!!

(after 45 days: $250.00, after the next 45 days: $250.00)

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
