Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner to join our day-shift team in Michigan. The role offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with two shift options and a pay rate of $17.75 per hour plus a hiring bonus.

You’ll be trained in our green-sealed cleaning practices, handle routine cleaning tasks, report maintenance needs, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for clients and coworkers. Daily pay is available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces, disinfect, and clean areas.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks, or drips.

Job description

General Cleaner:

Pay Rate: $17.75/hour

Status: Full Time

Days: Monday - Friday

Times: Position 1: 12pm - 8:30pm, Position 2: 2pm - 10:30pm

Hiring Bonus: $200 paid out at 60/90/120 days

You'll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M's state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility's valuable extra set of eyes - report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
